It takes place every Monday at 6 p.m. \n\n\n\nStarting at the Active Soles shop located in the Koslosky’s building in Palmer. This event happens year round and is a family friendly activity catering to everyone\, from the more serious athletes to walking parents with strollers. \n\n\n\nThough the runs are chosen to avoid traffic as much as possible\, we believe in safety first during the winter months so headlamps and reflective gear are REQUIRED. \n\n\n\nSign up to register for each run\, where we will keep track of your participation. After each week’s run\, participants can pick up a raffle ticket to become eligible for the free prize giveaways at 7 p.m.

DESCRIPTION:COST IS $25 PER SESSION. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER!! PLEASE CALL BEE WELL CHIROPRACTIC TO REGISTER (907)745-2430. We will be hosting TWO sessions of ADORABLE and FUN goat yoga taught by our awesome employee and certified yoga teacher\, Molly! Cottonwood Creek Farm will be providing the baby goats! Join us for a beautiful summer evening on a lake front property\, Generational Vision\, on Wasilla Lake! This will be an experience you won’t want to miss out on with yoga\, goats\, champagne and chair massage! The first session will start promptly at 6 pm and the second will start at 7 pm. Each session will include a 40 minute yoga flow and 10- 15 minutes afterward to take pictures and get in one last snuggle with the goats! Please bring your own yoga mat to practice on. Kendall\, our massage therapist at Bee Well Chiropractic will be providing chair massages. If you choose to come to the FIRST yoga session\, stick around afterwards for a chair massage and champagne. If you choose to come to the SECOND yoga session\, you can show up before hand for a chair massage and champagne. ATTENTION: If you sign up for the second session and arrive early\, please DO NOT approach the fence where the first class is practicing. This will allow for the goats to not be easily distracted by things outside the fence. **Participants MUST be 10 years or older to attend** ***We will NOT be providing refunds if you do not show up\, so if your schedule changes you will be able to pass your spot on to a friend or family member.***
