Get Ready For Game Day

Dr. Shannon Gulley with Glacier Surgical and Glacier Med Spa will be hosting the 3rd FREE annual sports physical event for middle and high school students. Associate Providers will include Dr. Jill Valerius with Now Health and Tyfanae Brinke, ANP with Empower Medical & Wellness.
Please bring your filled out 2020 MSBSD athletic physical form. Due to the current health crisis, we ask that you wear a mask, practice social distancing, and only one parent/guardian to accompany the student. Time slots can be reserved by calling 746-1520.
This year we are supporting My House. If you would like to donate, please bring non-perishable food items, toiletries, or monetary donations.
